    יש לוחות עם ICH5 ושיש להם RAID, פשוט מוסיפים להם צ'יפ חיצוני של PROMISE או מכל סוג אחר כמו שעושים בלוחות אחרים שאין להם רייד בצ'יפסט.

    יש גם לוחות עם ICH5R ושבנוסף יש להם צ'יפ חיצוני ככה שיש 2 בקרי רייד.
