let my say this amd is faster more oc and more stable and p4c3ghz will be not compitor to an a64 3000+ .a64 3000+ is beteer than a3.2ghz so go for a64 3000+ and good luck this cpu will stay for alot of time b/c 64bit support this will have 30% jump in preformens in 1-2 years so you will not need to change it for at least 4 years(but if you can hold and keep some money to the 939)
