After the driver has been deleted, I suggest you download the STM32 Bootloader driver manually from the web.
Look for DfuSe USB device firmware upgrade (UM0412) (replaced by STM32CubeProgrammer).
After updating the STM32 bootloader, try to update the firmware again.
