אם אני רוצה להגביל הורדת קבצים למחשב של ילדים

למשל, להגביל שלא יוכלו להוריד קובץ גדול מ10 מגה למחשב. 

האם יש אפשרות כזו?

    לא מבין בזה אבל מחיפוש בגוגל אולי האופציה הבאה תהיה רלוונטית, להתקין את squid על המערכת ואז להגביל משם, לא ניסיתי את זה ולא יודע מה הדרך לעשות את זה אבל נראה ש-squid מסוגלת לעשות את זה בסביבה מסוימת, אולי גם במחשב רגיל.
