Ask for machine learning Python example with 2 input files

Please advise such simple example in Python of machine learning that supports both inputs of training file and test file about code will give output. There are a lot of websites with multi blocks example (so each block just doing part of the "job"). Too annoying and most often not working. I am looking for "one shot" code that does it all.
