אני קניתי כונן ssd חדש למחשב שלי והחלפתי אותו עם הכונן הישן שלי והתקנתי את הווינדוס מהתחלה עכשיו כשאני מחבר את הכונן למחשב בחיבור חיצוני יש קבצים שהם מסומנים עם מפתח קטן בצד שאני לא מצליח לפתוח אותם ניסיתי לשחרר אותם ע"י לחיצה על מאפיינים \מתקדם\ הצפן תוכן כדי לאבטח נתונים ולהוריד שם את הוי שמסומן שם וללחוץ החל אבל זה לא נותן לי זה כותב לי שאני צריך הרשאה הממחשב הקודם כמו"כ ניסיתי להדליק את הווינדוס הישן מהכונן הישן אבל מופיע לי מסך תכלת וזה כותב לי שיש לי בעיה בווינדוס אשמח לעזרה כי יש שם קבצים שחשובים לי
