אלי מישהו יודע מה עושים.
בבניין שלנו יש 18 דיירים ו 22 חניות . לפני כ20 שנים רוב הדיירים רכשו חניה ונשארו כמה חניות פנויות שלא שייכות לאף אחד.

עם הזמן נוסף למשפחה רכב נוסף . כעת אני רוצה לרכוש את אחת החניות הפנויות .
