שלום לכולם.

לפני כשבוע וחצי התקנתי את מערכת ההפעלה שלי מחדש, ולאחר מכן את אופיס 2013 בהצלחה, עם קוד האקטיבציה שסופק איתו.

לפני מספר ימים שוב נאלצתי להתקין את המערכת מחדש בגלל שקרסה, וכעת - עם אותו קוד האקטיבציה, אני לא מצליח להתקין את אופיס 2013 ומקבל את ההודעה הבאה:
