first of all I wasn't sure whether this should be here or in general, but here seems to fit more, so fuck it.

now that I have a digital camera I need a new rechargable batteries, because it's eating my lame ass Ni-Cd like they were m&ms. I'm also looking for a rapid charger to go with it, max 1.5-2 hours.

I know there's the GP PowerBank Smart which is a 1 hour charger. I was wondering what other model are avalible in Israel, what's their charge time and how much are they.

and btw, is there any side affect to rapid charging? I assume it cuts down the batteries life span, but by how much?
