hi everyone , hope all is good with you today

So here's the deal, I wanted to retrieve a password yesterday so I went to my chrome password manager, however, when I wanted to click my administrator password in order to see the password the window looked different

Like this

It is not what I'm use to before hand

My platform is an AMD laptop with legit Windows OS and fully functioning Windows defender

Can you please tell me if my computer been hacked?

Thank you guys.
