מפרט המחשב שברשותי מצורף פה בתמונה (הכונן הוא SSD)

אני מריץ עליו פיפא 18 על הגדרות מדיום, אחרי 2-3 משחקים המחשב קצת מתחמם, לפי התוכנה SpeedFan, יש שם core בטמפרטורה של 52, ובכללי טמפרטורה של 72 (אם קראתי נכון את התוכנה).

מומלץ לעבוד ככה? איזה משטח קירור הייתם ממליצים לי לקנות על מנת לשמור על המחשב בטמפרטורה נמוכה (איזור ה-40 עדיף), ראיתי מחירים החל מ-100 ש"ח וגם ב-400 ש"ח.
