שלום,

קיבלתי לידיי הרד דיסק של חברת VST, נפח 4 ג'יגה.

דגם: USBKHD4

כאשר אני מחבר אותו למחשב - המערכת (XP) מזהה שזה הכונן קשיח USB אבל בכל זאת מבקשת להתקין דרייברים,

לאחר ניסיון כושל בהתקנה הוא כותב:

"a problem occured during hardware installation, your new hardware might not work properly "

חפשתי הרבה זמן ולא מצאתי דרייברים...
