מעבד לא עובד בתדר OC שהגדרתי בביוס

יש לי מעבד intel core i5 2500k 3.3Ghz

עשיתי רק את הקטע של המעבד - לא נגעתי בזכרונות או במתחים.

אני רוצה להעלות את המהירות ל 4ghz. עשיתי כמו בתמונה הבאה:

ההבדל היחידי הוא שעשיתי X40 במקום 45 ואת הזכרונות עשיתי 13.33 במקום 16.

בפועל כשאני מנסה לעשות מבחן מאמץ למעבד CPUZ מראה לי:
Bus speed 100.26
multiplier 36
core speed 3609

יש איזה משהו שאני מפספס? למה אני לא מקבל מהירות שעון של 4GHZ?
