א.ג.נ.,  ביום 16.11.2015 אישר בית המשפט המחוזי בתל אביב את הסדר הפשרה בתביעה הייצוגית שבנדון.  עניינה של התביעה הייצוגית הוא בבקשה לפיצוי משתמשי ה-("PSN") PlayStation Networkבישראל, וזאת בגין טענות התובעים לנזקים אשר נגרמו להם לטענתם (טענות המוכחשת ע"י הנתבעות) עקב חדירה לא חוקית של גורמים אלמוניים למחשבי רשת ה-PSN, אשר בוצעה במהלך חודש אפריל 2011, ושבעקבותיה הושבתה רשת ה-PSN לתקופה של כחודש ימים.  בהתאם להסדר הפשרה, כל אדם, תושב ישראל, שהחזיק בכל עת לפני 15.5.2011 חשבון PSN עם כתובת רשומה בישראל, זכאי להגיש דרישה (claim) לקבלת הטבת משחק אחת מתוך רשימה של משחקים. אדם שהחזיק ביותר מחשבון ראשי אחד או בחשבון משנה אחד או יותר ייחשב כמי שהחזיק בחשבון PSN אחד לצורך קבלת ההטבה. הטבת המשחק היא על בסיס כל הקודם זוכה.  עיקרי הסדר הפשרה פורסמו ביום 23.11.2015 בעיתונים "ישראל היום" ו – "גלובס". העתקים של פרסומים אלה ניתן למצוא בקישורית כאן.  הזכאות להגשת דרישה לקבלת הטבת משחק תחל ביום 15.1.2016 ותסתיים ביום 13.6.2016. יש למלא את טופס הדרישה לקבלת משחק בהתאם להנחיות המפורטות בטופס ולשלוח אותו לכתובת הדוא"ל sony@liadwhatstein.com. הטופס נמצא כאן.  הנוסח המלא של הסדר הפשרה, הפרסומים בעיתונות וכן קישור לטופס הדרישה לקבלת הטבת משחק נמצאים באתר האינטרנט של ישפאר בכתובת www.isfar.co.il תחת הלשונית "הסדר תובענה ייצוגית".

Dear users,  On November 16, 2015 the Tel Aviv District Court ratified the settlement agreement in the above captioned class action.  The class action refers to a claim to compensate users of the PlayStation Network ("PSN") in Israel, for damages caused to them according to plaintiffs' contentions (contentions that are denied by the defendants) as a result of the intrusion of unknown entities to the PSN network's computers, which was made during April 2011, following the shutting down of the PSN network for a period of approximately one month.  According to the settlement agreement, any person, a resident of the State of Israel, who maintained a PSN account at any time before May 15, 2011 with an address registered in Israel, is entitled to lodge a claim to receive one game benefit out of a list of games. A person who maintained more than one principal account, or one or more sub accounts will be deemed to be someone who maintained one PSN account for the purpose of receiving the game benefit.  A concise summary of the settlement agreement was published on November 23, 2015 in Israel Hayom and in Globes (link here).  The entitlement to lodge a claim for receiving a game benefit will start on January 15, 2016 and will end on June 13, 2016. It is required to fill-in the claim form for receiving a game according to the instructions detailed in the form and to send it to the email address sony@liadwhatstein.com.
