בעיה בכונן קשיח (לא מופיע בכוננים)

שלום ,

נתקלתי בבעיה שאף עם לא הכרתי. כאשר אני מחבר את הכונן למחשב הוא פשוט לא מופיע במחשב שלי (בכוננים) ואני לא יכול לגשת אליו.

יש לציין שהוא כן מופיע במנהל ההתקנים וגם בניהול דיסקים , אבל בניהול דיסקים הוא לא נותן לי אופציה להקצות אות לכונן , הוא מסמן לי את כל האפשרויות באפור כאילו אי אפשר ללחוץ על כלום.. גם כשאני מחבר אותו למחשב אחר זה לא מופיע.

איך אפשר לסדר את הבעיה הזו ?
