שלום לכולם,

לאחרונה הישתדרגנו ל40MB אינטרנט ולכן נאלצנו גם להישתדרג בנתב שקבלנו. לצורך העיניין- dsl 6850U.

האינטרנט עד שהחלפנו עבד כמו שצריך (היה 10MB) ואחותי יכלה להנות עם המחשב הנייד שלה ממנו דרך הwifi.

מאז שהחלפנו המחשב שלה לא מצליח לקבל את האנטרנט כמו שצריך והאנטרנט שהיא קולטת איטי מאוד ולא מאפשר גלישה.

המחשב שלי מחובר עם כבל אל הנתב ולכן עובד כמו שצריך, הפלאפון שלי מחובר לwifi והאנטרנט עובד כמו שצריך וגם הטאבלט.

רק המחשב שלה לא קולט. זה מה שהוא מראה כשאני עושה אצלה"פתור בעיות":

התשתית שלי בזק האנטרנט מנטוויג'ן- שניהם נמצאים על 40MB.

צריך לבדוק מה הדגם של הכרטיס רשת האלחוטי במחשב. תוכל להיכנס למנהל ההתקנים, לפתוח את הקטגוריה של מתאמי רשת ולצלם לנו מסך.

בנוסף צריך להיכנס להגדרות של הראוטר ולראות באיזה פרוטוקול הוא משדר (G או N או משהוא אחר), ובאיזה ערוץ הוא משדר.

כרגע אני יכול לשער שאין התאמה בין הפרוטוקול/הערוץ הנתמך ע"י הכרטיס ובין אלו שהראוטר משדר בהם.

זה גם ההימור שלי - אצלי, אם אני רוצה להתחבר עם הלפטופ המיושן שלי לאלחוטי אני חייב לשנות את התקן בנתב אצלי בבית (ולוותר בשל כך על חלק מהמהירות).

הצילום הזה לא עוזר בכלום.

אם הSSID הוא אותו דבר כמו מקודם, תמחק את הפרופיל הקיים של הרשת ותתחבר מחדש.

איך אני עושה את הבדיקות האלה? ההבנה שלי במחשב הנייד שואפת לאפס חחחח

מה צריך להבין במחשבים ניידים בשביל זה? אתה לא יודע לעבוד עם רשת אלחוטית?

לא ממש...זה המחשב של אחותי...אני מחובר ישירות לנתב מהמחשב שלי

תודה אבל עשיתי את זה כבר יחד עם בזק וזה לא עזר...איזה עוד פתרונות יכול להיות?

מה הפלט של ipconfig /all שם כאשר אתה מנסה להתחבר?

איך בודקים את זה?

חבל על הזמן... אני מרגיש כמו מישהו שמסביר חיבור וחיסור לבן אדם מבוגר...

אולי תספר מה כבר עשיות עם בזק?

מה אתה מגזים...אלה דברים שאף פעם לא התעסקתי איתם

מה שעשינו איתם זה מחקנו את כול הwifi שהיו רלוונטים אלינו ואז סרקנו שוב לwifi, זיהינו את החדש השקיים היום וכשזה מתחבר הוא לא באמת קולט את האנטרנט...הוא מראה חיבור אבל אין אנטרנט
