יש לי כונן חיצוני של Seagte 3 גיגה שמחובר ליציאת USB3.

לאחרונה כאשר אני מ]עיל את המחשב אני מקבל הודעה שהתקן זה מסוגל לביצועים טובים יותר... אני מנתק אותו ומחבר אותו ליציאת usb3 אחרת (למעשה ניסיתי בכול יציאות הUSB 3 שלי) ובכולם אני מקבל את ההודעה הזאת.

גם במנהל ההתקנים הוא מזוהה כ usb mass sotrege devise, ניסיתי להסיר את ההתקן ושוב לחבר את ההארד דיסק וכלום... הוא תמיד מזוהה כUSB 2 . מה עוד ניתן לעשות?
