Trusteer, an IBM Software Group (SWG) is seeking a NOC Tier 1 Engineer

Responsible for monitoring all Production Environment products and services

24x7 shifts, work nights and weekends

Ensure 24x7 high quality service towards our customers

Handling day-to-day production issues

Follow up on open cases, escalate from lower tiers to higher ones

:Basic Qualifications

Fluent in English, good writing and communication skills, orderly, responsible

Ability to multitask under pressure and remain focused

Problem-solving skills are required along with the ability to work independently, but also as part of a team

Technical approach

Motivated to enter the security area even without a strong technical background
