שלום לכולם.

עדכנתי אתמול לביוס גרסא F6 (לפני זה היה לי F5) בלוח אם gigabyte h87-hd3.

יש לי ווינדוס 8.1.

לאחר העדכון המחשב לא עלה וראיתי BSOD , נכנסתי לביוס ושיניתי את הגדרות ה SATA ל IDE.

לאחר מכן המחשב עלה והכל היה תקין.

מאז הפעלתי את המחשב עוד פעם אחת והכל היה בסדר.

בפעם הבאה (עכשיו) המחשב שוב פעם לא עולה ואני מגיע למסך BSOD רק שהפעם כל דבר בערך שניסיתי (כולל שנמוך חזרה ל F5) לא עוזר , המחשב פשוט לא עולה. אפילו Safe mode לא עולה.

השגיאה שאני מקבל ב BSOD היא : 0xc000021a

מישהו בבקשה יכול להציל אותי?

אני לא יכול לעשות restore כי כל אחד שניסיתי נכשל.

לא יכול גם להפעיל את המחשב ב safe mode .

הנחתי שהבעיה נבעה מעדכון הביוס כי זה קרה בסמיכות לעדכון .

הכנתי דיסק recovery עם הלפטופ שלי והיום בערב כשאחזור הביתה אבדוק את הפתרון הזה.

בכל מקרה , לגבי שחזור המערכת , מצטער אבל לא הבנתי מהתשובה שלך האם קבצים כמו appData שנשמרים תחת ספריית users יימחקו או לא?

כותרת שתהיה לפי חוקי הפורום

אין פה - חמורה\דחוף\קריטי - חלק מלשמור על הרמה של הפורום זה למנוע כל מיני דברים כאלו ש"מכאיבים בעיניים"

התקלה אולי חמורה מבחינתך וזה בסדר גמור - אבל אם אתה רוצה שנתייחס אליך ברצינות אתה לכל הפחות צריך לכבד את "חוקי המקום"

אחרי ה BSOD המחשב מרסט -> מגיע לתפריט recovery של וינדוס8 -> בוחר ב advanced -> בוחר ב(לא זוכר איך קוראים לזה אבל מה שמאפשר את התפריט של סוגי הריסטרט השונים) -> בוחר safe mode -> מגיע ל BSOD .|

ניסיתי כמעט כל אפשרות מהתפריט הזה ואף אחת לא עובדת....

נסה להחור שם last known good configuration

ולא מצב בטוח.

תעשה משם שחזור מערכת.
