שלום רב,

אני לא מצליח להירשם לשירות XBOX LIVE ואני לא מבין למה. אני מקבל כל הזמן את הודעת השגיאה למטה. אני מנסה ע"ג חלונות 8 פרו (חוקי) עם חשבון הmicrosoft שלי. מה יכולה להיות הבעיה? (ניסיתי הן עם IE והן עם firefox)

כשאני לוחץ על support זה גם זורק הודעת שגיאה (השניה למטה)

האם זה ספק האינטרנט? אני ב012 סמייל מחובר ע"י superbox (ראוטר + טלפון) והמחשב מחובר לראוטר קווית.

האם זה בגלל שחלונות מוגדר בעיברית?

האם זה בגלל שאני בישראל? חשבתי שMS תומכים עכשיו בשירות XB בישראל...

לצורך העיניין זה קורה לי גם במחשב אחר בבית (אלחוטי עם חלונות 7 starter)

זאת שגיאה (גנרית ביותר) בצד שרת. דבר עם התמיכה שלהם.

או, כאן הבעיה. הייתי מדבר עם התמיכה הטכנית אבל כל העמודים בדומיין לXBOX נותנים לי את השגיאה הזאת. ראיתי מישהו שכתב שהוא היה 3 שעות איתם על הקו (ונדמה לי גם בשיחה בינלאומית) ולא עזר. איך לעזאזל אני יוצר איתם קשר?
