שלום,

ברשותי מחשב בן שנתיים בערך ועכשיו החלטתי להחזיר אותו לFACTORY SETTINGS, הבנתי שזה אפשרי במחשבים של DELL, (אגב ברשותי inspirion 5010).

אין לי מחיצה עם ההגדרות המתאימות(לפחות לא אחת שאני רואה, קיים רק כונן אחד - C ), אבל אולי יש דרך אחרת לחזור לזה? דיסק או משהו לפני שאני מפרמט לוינדוס רגיל...

    אתה לא אומר לראות את המחיצה ב Windows explorer (אם שם אתה מחפש), אלא ב disk management MMC snap-in.

    חזרה למצב מפעל את אמור לבצע עם אחד התוכנות שמסופקות עם המחשב (ניתן להוריד גם באתר שלהם). לרוב מדובר על backup manager.
