שלחתי את המחשב לתיקון בשביל שיחליפו לי הארדיסק פנימי וכשאספתי אותו הוא הגיע בלי ווינדוס(כמובן כי לא נתתי להם את הדיסק)ואז אחרי שהתקנתי את הווינדוס(מקורי) המחשב נכנס לsafe mode הבעיה היא שהמחשב לא מזהה את הראוטר (שמחובר בכבל למחשב והנורות מראות שהכל תקין)ובגלל זה אין לי בו אינטרנט וגם הוא לא מזהה את ההארדיסק החיצוני שגם אצלו דולקת הנורה שהוא מחובר למחשב.אין לי אפשרות לבחור בין הsafe mode להפעלה רגילה כי המחשב נכנס ישר לsafe mode.

אשמח אם מישהן יוכל לעזור לי בבעיה הזאת.
