IE freezes when i change keyboard language

hi guys,

lately mt IE 8 started to freeze when i change keyboard language. no matter if it is by pressing alt+shift or manually. it is very clear that this happens only when i change the language. i tried to reinstall but no luck. then, i moved to IE7 and it works but when upgrading back to IE8 it came back again. checked with tuneup and antivirus both with no luck. i have windows xp 32 bit. any suggestions would be nice.

    3. Adjust your preference.
