when I write out of explorer, in winxp, no problem.

but when I try to write in web pages hebrew this is what I get: י??? י??? י???

if I copy from outside of explorer and paste, it comes out okay: בסדר

but this is no solution... I already tried removing the languages in explorer internet options. restoring defaults in the advanced tab, tried the regional settings.. nothing.

does anyone have any idea before I try system restore?
