1) לקראת סיום ההתקנה של הנרו אני מקבל את ההודעה הבאה שמופיעה בצילום מסך -מה עושים במצב כזה?

2) אני מוריד גירה עדקנית של איטיונס למערכת xp וכשאני מנסה להתחיל את תהליך ההתקנה ע"י לחיצה כפולה, אז אני רואה שכאילו מתחיל תהליך חילוץ הקבצים אבל שניה אחרי זה הלא קורה כלום מעבר לזה. מה עושים במצב כזה ?
