אני עוזר למשהו בקשר לאתר אינטרנט הוא רוצה משהו נורא בסיסי שמפרסם סה"כ את העסק שלו,אין צורך ביותר מידי סקריפטים של JAVA או בכלל אין צורך בPHP או אפילו במסד נתונים?

האם אפשר לעשות משהו בסיסי שנראה טוב ויזואלית שכולל פלאש ,בעזרת תוכנה ללא כתיבה פיזית של קוד , למרות שיש לי ידע בסיסי בקריאת קוד אין לי זמן להתעסק אם זה יותר מידי .
