שלום,

יש לי מדפסת HP 5610. פתאום באמצע ההדפסה היא השתגעה...

היא מודיעה שיש בעיה בראש הדיו השחור.

(החלפתי ראש דיו לפני כחודש ומאז כבר הדפסתי מספר פעמים. מדובר בראש דיו מקורי)

ניסיתי להוציא ולהחזיר את ראש הדיו - לא עזר.

מה אפשר לעשות (לפני שקונים ראש דיו חדש ומנסים איתו.... כי אם זה לא יעזור אש סימן שהבעיה במדפסת...

ולפי מה שראיתי, קשה למצוא כיום מדפסות שמשתמשות באותו ראש דיו... כך שסתם קניתי אותו...)
