P4P800 Deluxe is 865PE which has no onboard Video card, only the 865GE has onboard VG. The ny case, the onboard VGA on Intel chipsets is Intel Accelerated Graphics 2 which can't run games at all, it's not even as good a Voodoo and it's no way near the level of the onboard MX440 that comes with the nForce 2.

In any case I haven't seen a single board based on 865GE that has RAID and G-Lan and everything you asked for, these are usually low end boards thus not a lot of features.

ATI is about to release a chipset for P4 that has a very good intergrated GPU but that might take some time.

To make it simple, you're looking for something that doesn't exist.
