להתקין Win7 על מחשב נייד DELL D830 ?

יש לי מחשב נייד של DELL LATITUDE מדגם D830.

מפרט המחשב:

מעבד: Intel Core2Duo T7100 1.8GHZ

זיכרון: 1X1024MB DDR2 667MHZ

כ.מסך: Intel 965 Express

כ.קשיח: Hitachi HTS541680 80GB

וזה נראה לי מספיק פרטים על המחשב...

יש לי ווינדאוס 7 על 4 מחשבים שיש לי בבית והייתי רוצה להתקין windows 7 גם על המחשב הזה.

עכשיו השאלה שלי היא האם המחשב יעמוד בעומס של win7 ויריץ אותו כמו שצריך? או שעליי להתקין שוב וינדאוס XP (אני מפרמט אותו)...

ואיזה גרסא של המערכת הפעלה להתקין, 64bit או 32bit ? אני יודע שה64 זה בשביל לקבל יותר זכרון (מה שאני לא יקבל) והוא גם יותר מאובטח אך הוא זקוק למינימום 2GB זכרון על המחשב בשביל שיעבוד כמו שצריך ?
