שלום לכולם,אתמול סוף סוף פרמטתי את המחשב שלי

והתקנתי מערכת הפעלה של x64 bit

התקנתי את כל הדרייברים,האפדייטים וכו'.

אבל נתקלתי בבעיה קטנה - משום מה הוינדואס לא מציב רוסית/עברית

(השפות היחידות שהתקנתי מבלד אנגלית שזה ה default של הוינדוס)

למה אני מתכוון - לדוגמה ב WMP שמות של שירים ברוסית/עברית נראים כמו גי'בריש

בתקיות של קבצים ה title בגי'בריש וכו'
