קניתי מחשב חדש מסוג Dell vostro 3500 ללא מערכת הפעלה, אני מנסה להתקין XP.

אחרי פירמוט ועליית ה"מסך" היפה של ההתקנה אני צריך לשים SERIAL והגדרות נוספות ופשוט העכבר והמקלדת לא מגיבים.

ראוי לציין שאני לא חיברתי שום עכבר ומקלדת חיצוניים אבל לאחר שנתקעתי עם הבעיה הזאת ניסיתי לחבר עכבר חיצוני דרך USB ועדיין לא עובד.
