אני רוצה למנוע מצב שאני על הדפדפן ובאותו זמן פתוח תוכנה אחרת או CONTROL PANEL

שאם אני לוחץ על הדפדפן למשל זה מעלים את המסך של התוכנה האחרת שפתחתי

וגם להפך

ככה שאני לא צריך לסגור/למזער את הדפדפן בשביל לראות את התוכנה השנייה שפעילה
