עשתי פירמוט למחשב והתקנתי ווינדוס מחדש, אך בתיקיה של Document and settings נשאר התיקיה של ה-DESKTOP של המחשב הישן ושם יש קובץ ממש ממש חשוב שאני צריך, אבל כשאני מנסה לפתוח זה אומר לי Access denied. מה אני עושה?
