שלום חברה..

יש לי WINDOWS 7 64BIT..

כמו שאתם יודעים הווינדוס התקין לי כבר את הכרטיס מסך אוטומטי..

אבל הבעיה שזה התקין גירסא 8.6 ורשום גם אחרי זה WDDM 1.1

עכשיו באתי לאתר של ATI להוריד את הדריבר של 64BIT של WINDOWS 7

התחלתי להתקין אבל פתאום זה נכשל....

מה עלי לעשות כדי לההתקין את העידכון?

כשהתקנה של דרייבר של ATI נכשלת (וגם שהיא מצליחה)

יש קובץ לוג...שבתוכו תוכל לדעת קצת יותר מה הייתה הבעיה..

אם תוכל לדוג לנו אותו מהמחשב זה יעזור לעזור לך.

אני לא זוכר להגיד לך באיזה תיקייה הוא שומר את הקובץ

אבל אני זוכר שיש לינק VIEW LOG בסיום של תוכנית ההתקנה .

כמוכן בכל אופן..אתה יכול להנסות לעשות UNINSTALL ידני לכרטיס מסך מהרכיבים בDEVICE MANAGER ..לאתחל ולנסות להתקין שוב..בתקווה שזה יסתדר

אחי דבר ראשון אני לא מוצא את הקובץ לוג..

אןלי אם תגיד לי באיזה תקייה..

עכשיו לגבי הDEVICE MANAGER

כשאני מוקח את הכרטיס משם אז הווינדוס ישר מתקין לי אטומטי את הדריבר שלו...

ואני לא מספיק להקין...

בסיום ההתקנה בין אם כשלה/הצליחה או שהיו סתם הערות שחשוב שתראה

יש את הפתור הזה של VIEW LOG

עכשיו אם לא הגעת למסך הזה בכלל וזה נתקע בלי להביא אותך למסך הזה..אז זה כבר באמת מוזר מה חיפשתי בשבילך קלות בפורום של ATI

לא כל כך הבנתי הרבה באתר שהבאת..

רשום שם שצריך להוריד אנטי וירוס ופיירול אבל זה סתם אני לא חושב שזה קשור...

אין פיתרון אחר?

אנטי וירוס יכול לחסום את ההתקנה. כדאי לנסות להתקין כשהוא כבוי.

חבל לשבור את הראש אם הפתרון הוא כל כך פשוט.

לא חושב אבל אני ינסה.ץ.

יש לי אנטי וירוס של NOD32 והוא לא חוסם דברים כאלה.....

זו בעיה של משהו אחר אני לא יודע..

זה מוזר שרק לי זה עושה את זה.....

אה ועכשיו בדקתי כאילו איזה גירסא יש לי ויש לי גירסא 9.7...

עדכנתי את זה דרך DEVICE MANGAER דרך האינטרנט...

עכשיו ראיתי שאתה יכול לבחור קבצים במחשב כדי לעדכן את ה דריבר..

אז בחרתי בתקיית ההתקנה של הדריבר המעודכן..זה התקין לי את זה אבל רשם שהכרטיס לא מתאים משום מה...ושהדריבר לא עובד טווב.

אני יכול לצלם לכם....

תקשיב ,ננתי לך 2 הצעות מה לעשות..

מאחת התעלמת לחלוטין (לא התייחסת אליה בדבריך) ואת השניה נפנפת בטענה שהיא לא קשורה אבל אמרת שתנסה.

אתה לא חושב שאם הייתי חושב שהיא לא קשורה בכלל לא הייתי מציע אותה מלתחילה ?

האנטי וירוס זה רק סעיף קטן בתוך הפיתרון..אם משהו לא ברור תשאל , אל תשלול ישר

מובן לי שלא כל מידע שאני אשלח בן אדם לחפש בלינק מסויים יהיה לו ברור או הגיוני

אבל פה אתה צריך להסביר מה לא הבנת בדיוק (בלינק ששלחתי אותך בתגובה האחרונה שלי )? ולא סתם לשלול ולחכות שמישהו יביא לך פיתרון אחר.

יש לי ניסיון ,אני לא סתם מציע לך פיתרונות ומקווה לטוב.

ועכשיו באמת ..

תמצא את הLOG ... ותנסה שוב לעשות מה שרשום פה (ציטוט של כל השלבים מהלינק)

Step by step:

1. Assuming you have downloaded the set up file and saved it to your hard drive, disconnect from the web to protect your computer from infections. You can disconnect by disabling your LAN connection or simply turning off the modem. If you are using a dial-up modem (you must be a patient person to download a 66 meg file), just disconnect and hang up.

2. Disable your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs. I did not disable the Windows 7 firewall.

3. Go to Control Panel and disable the UAC (User Account Control) by sliding the bar all the way down. Save setting and reboot.

4. Once Windows 7 is at the "Desktop," hit the CTRL-ALT-DEL buttons simultaneously to bring up a dialog menu. Choose "Task Manager." Click on the "Processes" tab to show current processes running in memory.

5. Highlight processes that are not needed and "End Process" (lower right button that says: End Process). For example, I stopped the MOM.exe (ATI), CCC (ATI), atiedxx (ATI), jusched (Java), Setpoint (two Logitech mouse files), KHALMNPR (Logitech mouse), sndmax4pnp (sound drivers), and mssecess (Microsoft Security Essentials). You might wish to write down the ones you stop for review later (Step 10). I left everything else in memory. Do not disable any process with which you are unfamiliar. When you reboot later (Step 9), all the processes will restart for you.

6. Next, install the new ATI Catalyst 9.11 driver.

7. If all went well, you should view the log file at the end of the install process (click the view log button). It should read "success" in all categories.

8. Enable your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs.

9. Go to Control Panel and change your UAC settings back to "default." Save setting and reboot.

10. Once back at the desktop, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and select Task Manager. Review your processes to make sure all the processes you stopped earlier are now working in memory.

11. Enable your internet connection.

In my case, I think the issue was the UAC, but I can't be sure. I disabled as much as I could, with the exception of the firewall, to ensure a successful update. The driver certification issue was possibly circumvented by disabling the UAC. However, many have reported issues with C++ Redistributables, but I didn't have any issues with C++ Redistributables, regardless of the versions.

You can look at your driver properties using "Device Manager" to show your display driver version. It should read "ATI version 8.671.0.0. I usually locate "Device Manager" by clicking on the "Start" button and then RIGHT clicking on "Computer," then selecting "Properties." Find "Device Manager" (top left) on the menu and click on it. Once Device Manager is open, click the small triangle to the left of "Display Adapters" to expand the category. RIGHT click on your adapter (for example, ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series) and select "Properties." Click the "Driver" tab to view details.

After the installation is complete, you may delete the C:\ATI folder and all its contents. This folder is a remnant of the installation process.

My system uses Windows 7, 64-bit, but I bet this would work fine with the 32-bit version, too.

This solution may work for Vista as well.
