שבוע טוב לכולם,

נתקלתי כרגע בעת עליית הנייד בקובץ DLL חסר ובהודעת שגיאה: "המודל המסויים אינו נמצא"..WINJKI32.ROM

מדובר בנייד חדש ובמע' הפעלה WIN7 מקורית.מאיפה ניתן להשיג את הקובץ הרלוונטי?

אפשרי לפתור את התקלה הזו?

אין אפשרות למחוק את הגישה לקובץ מMS CONFIG ולאחרונה לא הותקנה שום תוכנה חדשה..

    לא נראה לי שזה וירוס כיוון שגם הפיירוול פעיל וגם NOD 32 V4+SMART SECURITY אז אני בספק אם זה וירוס..

    השאלה איך מגיעים למחיקת הערך הזה מהREGEDIT??

    סרקתי גם רוגלות עם ADAWARE 09 ואני מנקה שאריות גלישה וכו' עם CCLEANER המעודכנת אז אני לא רואה מקום שזה יכנס בהגדרת וירוס/רוגלת מחשב
