שלום,

התקנתי על המחשב win 7 לפני כמה ימים, עבד קצת לאט עשה בעיות אז החלטתי להתקין win xp בחזרה.

באמצע ההתקנה אני מקבל הודעת שגיאה במסך הכחול:

the bios in this system is not fully acpi compliant .

הודעה שאומרת שצריך לעדכן את הביוס.

השתמשתי בתוכנה שאמורה למחוק כל מה שיש על המחשב אבל היא מחקה רק את המערכת הפעלה, והביוס נשאר באותה גרסא.

ניסיתי להוציא את הסוללה של הביוס, זה איפס את ההגדרות של הביוס אבל עדיין אני מקבל את המסך הכחול.

מצאתי פיתרון שאומר שבתחילת ההתקנה במקום ללחוץ f6 ללחוץ f7, אבל אני לא מצליח לחזור למסך הראשון של ההתקנה, כשאני מדליק

את המחשב הוא נכנס כבר לשלב "מתקין את windows" ואחרי דקה מופיעה הודעת השגיאה.
