בחודש האחרון אני לא מצליח להכנס לrapidshare ולעוד אתרים אני לקוח של בזק בינלאומי. לאחרונה גיליתי שניתן להיכנס לאתרים דרך anonymouse אך יש בעיה בהורדות. האם ספקית האינטרנט חוסמת את הגישה לאתרים? מה הבעיה?
