התקנתי WIN7 נקי וחדש אתמול, לאחר ההתקנה חלק מהשירים בעברית קיבלו ג'יבריש ב3V במקום עברית נורמאלית ורגילה, וזה גם משפיע לי על איך שהWINAMP קורא אותם כמובן..

ניסיתי הכל, התעסקות עם ערכות השפה של המערכת וכ'ו.. שום דבר לא עובד.

מה עושים? צריך קידוד שונה...

    אולי כבר עשית את זה, אבל בגלל שלא פרטת בדיוק מה כבר עשית, אז תבדוק אם ה-System locale מוגדר כ-Hebrew (או אולי Israel אני לא יודע איך זה ב-7).
