Microsoft העלתה בימים האחרונים עדכון שגורם למסכים כחולים.

משיטוט קצר ברשת, נראה שזה קורה לרוב בניידים של HP (יכול להופיע גם בניידים מחברות אחרות)

מספר העדכון הוא KB973879.

אני רק אציין שגם לי הופיעו בנייד (HP DV7) מסכים כחולים, עד להסרת העדכון - דבר שפתר את הבעיה.

שימו לב: העדכון גורם גם למסכים כחולים כשמנסים להתקין את חבילת השירות (SP) השנייה ל-VISTA במערכת מרובת ליבות,

או כשמנסים להתקין SP2 ל-Windows Server באותה תצורת מערכת.
