צהריים טובים.

יש לי בעיה, נכנס לי וירוס למחשב ועשה שבכל הכוננים תהיה הפעלה אוטומטית אליו. וכל פעם שאני מנסה להכנס לאחד מהכוננים הקשיחים שלי לא נפתח כלום וקופצת לי הודעה של norton שהוא חסם וירוס שנקרא backdoor.trojan.

ע"פ הnorton הווירוס נמצא במיקום: c:/windows/system32/winxp.exe

חיפשתי את הקובץ הזה ולא מצאתי אותו (גם כשעשיתי שיראו קבצי מערכת וקבצים נסתרים).

מה אני יכול לעשות.

    למי שיש את הבעיה הזו, מומלץ מאוד להוריד את התוכנה "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware". תוכנה ממש מצויינת. לבצע סריקה על המחשב ואח"כ למחוק את כל מה שהתוכנה מוצאת.
