    ATI פתרו את זה, DVI כן מסוגל להעביר קול.

    DVI לא מסוגל להעביר שום קול, זה technically impossible, פיזית.

    AMD (אין חברה כזאת ATI) בסך הכל פיתחה מתאם DVI-to-HDMI משלה שכולל פינים נוספים עבור אודיו, מה שלא קיים במתאים ג'נריים.

    כך או כך זה לא ה-DVI שמעביר לך אודיו.

    אני לא בטוח שהבנתי את השאלה, אבל זה לא ממש משנה...

    מה שקורה זה בסך הכל שיש DVI לתמונה ויש חיבור סאונד נפרד. המתאם הזה לוקח את שני החיבורים ומאחד אותם ל-HDMI פיזי אחד. טה-דה.
