אני מנסה לפתוח קובצי word או pdf זה רושם לי שהקובץ לא זמין

למרות שאפילו אני פותח דף חדש ושומר אותו ואז מנסה לפתוח אותו הוא רושם לי שהקובץ לא זמין מה עושים???

    אתה פותח אותם ישירות מהקובץ ? או דרך איזשהו תפריט מובנה בתוכנה/קיצור דרך לקובץ ?

    כהמשך לשאלה למעלה... בדקת שהקבצים "פיזית" קיימים בכונן ?

    האם האנטיוירוס שלך מעודכן ?
