למשפחה של חברתי יש מחשב נייד בן שנה וחצי בערך (הדגם מצוין בכותרת).

הבעיה היא שהסוללה שלו ממש גוססת - מנסים לעבוד עליו רבע שעה בלי חיבור לחשמל, והוא מתריע על זה שהסוללה גמורה. אני גם לא חושב שהוא מצליח להטעין את הסוללה כראוי כשהוא מחובר (כשאני מנתק אותו מהחשמל, הוא אומר שהסוללה רק 50% מלאה בערך).

מה אפשר לעשות? צריך להחליף סוללה, או שמדובר בפגם במחשב? המחשב גם עדיין באחריות היבואן, למיטב ידיעתי.
