זה הזמן שלוקח לראש הקריאה\כתיבה של ההארדיסק להגיע למקום כלשהוא על ההארדיסק כדי לבצע קריאה\כתיבה

ככל שהוא נמוך יותר, איכותי יותר. :idea:

Seek- The movement of a set of read/write heads to a desired location.

The Actuator moves the heads to the cylinder containing the track and

sector where the data is stored.

Seek Time - A measure (in milliseconds) of how fast the hard drive can

move its read/write Heads to a desired location.
