שלום לכולם!

אני משתמש במערכת ההפעלה Windows 7 Ultimate x64 במחשב שלי

התקנתי את תוכנת ה Setpoint v4.72 שלי Logitech במחשב עבור המקלדת והעכבר האלחוטיים.

הורדתי והתקנתי את גרסת ה 64 ביט וכן התקנתי באישור אדמיניסטרטיבי.

ישנה בעיה שלא מופיעה לי הלשונית של המקלדת בתוכנת ה Setpoint.. (מצורפת תמונה)

ניסיתי להתקין מחדש, לא עזר.. ניסיתי להסיר ולהתקין גרסה של 32, וגם לא עזר..

המון תודה לכל העוזרים!!

ניסיתי גם להתקין את התוכנה בתאימות לVISTA.. לא עזר גם ..

    דיברתי עם מרכז התמיכה של logitech במיילים, והנה מה שהם אמרו:

    Please make sure that your Cordless 1500 receiver is connected directly to the USB port on your computer and not through third party USB hubs, KVM switches or adapters.

    Also, make sure that you do not have any other 3rd party keyboard software installed on your computer as it might be conflicting with the SetPoint software.An example would be Micrsoft Intellitype.
