בעיה בחיבור GPS למחשב(התקן לא זוהה)

כשאני מחבר את הGPS(עם כבל MINI USB רגיל) שלי למחשב הWIN מקפיץ לי הודעה(בבלון כזה) ובה רשום

"אחד מהתקני ה-USB המחוברים למחשב זה פעל באופן בלתי תקין וwindows אינו מזהה אותו.

לקבל סיוע בפתרון בעיה זו, לחץ על הודעה זו."

עכשיו אם אני מחבר את הGPS שלי עם כבל USB אחר זה עובד טוב,ככה שנשללת האפשרות שהבעיה היא במכשיר עצמו...(את הכבל שעובד טוב עם הGPS אני צריך למשהו אחר).

אך אפשר לתקן את הבעיה הזאת?
