אני משתמש בwindows xp sp2

הופיעה לי בעיה שאחרי זמן מסויים שהמחשב דלוק פתאום הממשק של הווינדוס הופך מהרגיל כחול ירוק שלו לפשוט אפור של הקלאסי, לפעמים לכל הזמן, לפעמים לשנייה וחוזר

ואז פתאום האינטרנט לא עובד, אם אני מקליק על הסמל של המחשבים (חייגן של ווינדוס) זה מופיע לשבריר שנייה ונעלם

עשיתי ipconfig /release וזה לא עושה כלום כי הוא כותב ש rpc service is unavailable

זה קרה לי פעם ראשונה שלשום לפני פירמוט כי היה לי איזה וירוס או משהו

עכשיו אחרי הפירמוט זה שוב חזר
