כל פעם שאני עושה עידכון לדריבר מופיעים לי תיקיות מוזרות, העלתי תמונה

למה זה מופיע? בתוך כל תיקיה כזאת יש קובץ שונה אבל לדוגמא יש btwavdt64.CAT

וכל זה מופיע בתוך תיקיית יוזר וזה דיי מבלגן שם אז השאלה למה התיקיות מופיעות והאם מותר למחוק?
