cant update

sorry for my english just bought a new mac and dont know how to type "iver".

my problem goes like this:

as a good user i started downloading all the new updates the system asked me to download and install.

after it finished installing all the other updates, it came to the last system update, it started the install process but stuck after a while.

i tried installing several times and stuck every time.

anybody haves a solution?
