אני מנסה למחוק את אופיס 2003 דרך הוספה/הסרה אבל הוא לא נמחק גם במצב בטוח

הוא לא נמחק אני מקבל את השגיאה הבאה: לא הייתה אפשרות לפתוח חבילת תיקונים וודא כי חבילת תיקונים קיימת

ויש לך גישה אליה. מה אני אמור לעשות ?
